I decided this year that I’ll be doing POSSE which is an abbreviation for Publish (on your) Own Site, Syndicate Elsewhere. Its cool to know that I own this little corner of the internet. Not everyone has the skills to do this, so it compells me to try to do it. You can still find me on my socials, but I have all the free will to yip-yap on my own website! No limits on how many photos, videos, or text, just pure html baby.
I’m Dennis, a Computer Engineering student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, working toward graduating in May 2027. I’m also in AFROTC with Detachment 175, preparing to commission into the Space Force. Right now, I’m part of the Ke Ao CubeSat project , where we’re using machine learning to teach a satellite to identify the Hawaiian Islands from space.
When I’m not studying or hustling, I’m usually surfing, tending to my bonsai tree, or trying to improve my time management and fitness. I love learning, building things, and finding ways to make a difference in the world!
DET175 Warrior Knowledge Quiz Chatbot is an interactive web-based chatbot designed to help cadets quiz themselves on the DET175 Cadet Handbook Information Fall 2024. Leveraging OpenAI’s GPT-4 model, the chatbot generates diverse and randomized questions based on the handbook’s content, facilitating effective self-assessment and learning. Github
